This is a quick rundown of some dramas that Jules thought might be of some interest to the “Musings” community. Thank you for all your hard work, Jules! Seriously, All I did was just tweak with the format a bit; the bulk of the post with all the pictures and information is all Jules! 🙂

I hope you enjoy the quick survey of the various kdramas about to hit the airwaves in the next few months. I’d love to hear your thoughts on which ones might be worth viewing AND recapping/nutshelling. Personally, To the Beautiful You (I am a total sucker for any Hana Kimi remake…saw both the Japanese and Taiwanese versions) and Arang & the Magistrate sound intriguing to me. But like all things, only time will tell…. 😉

  1. Great idea!! I have actually been reading about the upcoming dramas on various sites so this is great.
Maybe we can have a sligtly longer sypnosis? ** runs and hide**

Looking forward to Faith, Arang and Vampire
The rest more like whenever if I have time to spare, hehe

Oh forgot aboy my Lee Sang Woo, so must watch the horse healer or whatever name if they change the title, lol

  2. Most of these are on my “To Watch” list; some are if I am bored! The definitely watching list is too long to list! I am excited with these crop of dramas!

  3. Awww Vampire Prosecutor !!!

Can’t wait for some of these shows .

Faith, H-Lovers, Arang and Nice Guy, I have already cleared the schedule for these babies.

I wasn’t planning on watching The Great Seer but it sure sounds interesting

Some I didn’t even know about like The Thousandth Man and idk about Hana Kimi Kdrama version since the original was awesome and it’s 2011 update but I’ll give it a go.

    Khamsanida Jules ^.^

  4. Oh my god that’s a lot of good dramas crawling its way into my life as school is just around the corner. What am I going to do!

  5. I am most excited for To Beautiful You and Arang & the Magistrate too. I thought they aired this week but was sad it starts next week. =( Faith looks interesting but hasn’t caught my attention too much despite Lee Min Ho signing on. May Queen sounds interesting with Jae Hee and Kim Jaewon but who should I root for? The dilemma…

Watch the first episode of Haeundae Lovers, I didn’t like the beginning, shaky camera work. Hopefully it will get funny and interesting when Kim Kangwoo’s character loses his memory.

  6. I’ve been burned a bit much by dramas lately. I want to dive right in but I’m seriously cautious and thinking of just waiting till the end of the year =/ We shall see, tho. My plans never work out for me anyway, lol.

Hana Kimi, read the manga, have not seen a live action but Minho is in
    it *.* Must. Watch.

Arang and the Magistrate 😉 sooo interesting!! Hope it's not a tragic love story (if there's any romance at all…)

I'm a sucker for anything with Kim Jae Won or Song Joong Ki <33333 my lovelies
Moon Chae Won!!!! The Princess Man 😀 Nice Guy is sooo on my list

I like the gumiho story also o.o ever since My GF is a Gumiho, I was fascinated by foxes LOL

Lee Min Ho! *sheds a tear in memory of City Hunter* Faith is also added.

Panda and the Hegehog….it seems so cute ^^ reminds me of the anime Yumeiro Patissiere xD no one knows what I'm talking about but it's so cute so for the cuteness, I will watch it. A rom com is just what I need! 😀

In conclusion….I will be watching all of these hahaha

  8. Argh, I sort of want to see all of them, which is crazy, because I’m not sure there are enough hours in the day to watch them all (and, you know, eat and work and sleep…).

Oh, and apparently the first episode of The Thousandth Man will be airing on August 17th now, which is irritating – way to ruin our carefully organised post, MBC. D:<

  9. Oh, and although it’s probably obvious, I should point out that the above images for The Horse Doctor, Nice Guy and The Great Seer are just fanart.
