After a promising first episode, the second episode deepens the characterizations and story…to some unexpected results. Hmmm…I’m curious to hear if you had the same response. Shall we take a look at Episode 2? Continue reading All about My Mom: Episode 2
Woohoo~! Episode 1 of All about My Mom, starring Eugene Kim and Lee Sang Woo (aka Our Beloved Turtle), has finally been released by KBS World. *grins* I hope you’re all excited and ready to watch it…that is if you haven’t already seen it. I’m sure some of you have already seen parts of it–if not all of it–multiple times. 😉 Continue reading All about My Mom: Episode 1

OK, so those of you who know me by now are probably not surprised to see me back again with another post. *shrugs* Whuh? *blinks innocent eyes* It’s the power of our dear Turtle. 😉
Below are the clips that I found on YouTube. Please be advised that my summaries of them are only based on those clips. Unfortunately, I have yet to see the full episode. :'( Continue reading All about My Mom: Episode 2 Clips
It’s hereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! *dances the Happy Snoopy Dance*
Our beloved turtle has officially returned to the small screen in another series as the leading man. 😀 KBS World TV on YouTube will be releasing fully subbed videos starting August 22, 2015, so I’ll probably follow that schedule when I blog about this series.
However, you all know me by now, and I just couldn’t wait until then to at least show you a tiny bit of the series, so…enjoy! 😉 Oh! You can also check out some very lovely pictures of the series here. Many thanks to riotrio2 for the link! Continue reading All about My Mom: Episode 1 Clips
Good morning, everyone! Today’s one of the busiest days of the week for me, but I wanted to pop in here and provide you with some Glorious Day links before I start the day. I haven’t seen the whole episode yet, but the clips on YouTube are doozies as we have some major developments…just as we approach the penultimate episode of the series! *reminds self not to cry*
You can view the raw episode here.
*sniffles* I can sense the show’s efforts to really tie up all the loose ends. *sniffles sniffles* Read on…and you’ll know what I mean. :'(
Woohoo~! Crack open the noisemakers, Twinkles! *blows noisemaker* The news that many of us were suspecting in Episode 41 has now been confirmed! 🙂 Read on because you’re going to love the preview…yes, despite the fact that there are only three episodes left. >.<
Yes! The road to matrimony for Song Jung and Young is in sight, everyone! 😉 As for In Woo and our spoiled/pampered So Yi, things are going to get interesting this Sunday. That’s all I’m saying for now…
You can see the raw episode here.
Song Jung’s green-eyed monster has awakened, and the Seo family are on a campaign to bring their errant Grandmother and Grandfather back into the homestead. Saturday’s episode promises more development…hopefully with Song Jung finally acknowledging her feelings for Young. 🙂
Now that everyone knows about Grandmother’s illness, it should be heartwarming to see the family rally behind her. Boxes of tissue ready, everyone?
Addendum on Sept. 5: I forgot to mention that due to the Chuseok holiday, there will be no broadcast on Saturday. Episode 39 will air on Sunday.

The proverbial other shoe has finally dropped for Shin Ae, and in all honesty, I don’t know why the family kept this secret from her. Granted, the woman may be self-centered and all, but as the daughter, she should have been the first one to be told of her mother’s medical condition once Chul Soo became aware of the diagnosis. Hmmm…I guess we’ll see this Sunday how Shin Ae reacts to her discovery…
With the anticipated wedding behind us and our two love turtles safely returned from their honeymoon, it seems as though focus will shift to our other interest–Song Jung and Goong Young. 🙂 Yup, this Saturday looks like it’s going to be a fun episode! 😉
Kudos to the show for attempting to give its viewers a glimpse of what life–in all its wonderful as well as difficult moments–can be like for a person affected by Parkinson’s and for her family members and friends.
Bravo, show! *applauds* Let’s take a peak at tomorrow’s episode as Soon Ok valiantly struggles with her illness and as Grandfather and Jae Woo, the two men who wholly adore Soon Ok, deal with her deteriorating state. Continue reading Glorious Day: Episode 36 Video Preview and English Translation
So…I made some time to do a recap…by couples. Yes, I couldn’t resist. LOL. I hope you enjoy! 🙂 Today’s episode seems to have couples fighting, making up, fighting, making up…you get the picture. 😉
It’s Saturday! Woohoo~! Another Glorious Day! Pun intended. 🙂 And since Dr. Kang rarely gets LOTS of love from Glorious Day fans, I thought that I would shower him with some love by featuring him as this post’s cover. 🙂
Much happens in today’s episode…especially as Jae Woo finally learns the truth behind Grandmother’s ailment. I confess that I haven’t watched the full episode yet, but I wanted to get this post out to you as soon as possible, so…I give you this very truncated recap of the video clips released by SBS. Many thanks to the studio for making these clips available to its viewers! 🙂
OMG~! If some of you were wondering when our two turtle loves were going to tie the knot, wonder no more! Wow~! Talk about a “shotgun” wedding! Although knowing these two, there’s really no “need” for such drastic measures. 😉
We knew that Jae Woo’s secret-keeping was going to come back to bite him in the butt, and this episode clearly gives him a taste of his own medicine as Da Jung keeps a secret from him…”for his own good.” *shakes head* The irony of these two fighting now that they finally get permission to marry…
I’ve never been a fan of scheming people and have been patiently biding my time for the proverbial “other shoe” to drop…and it looks as though that patience has finally paid off. YEEEEEESSSSSSSS~!
Our younger “Casanova”–or shall I say “reformed” Casanova–finally learns the truth about the girl who’s been pushing and pulling with all her might to drag him to the altar. And in my opinion, his revelation couldn’t have come at a better time!
There’s an adorable scene in Episode 32–yes, I’m hoping to recap that episode before this weekend–in which Jae Woo points out yet again that Goong Young and he are in love with the same woman. Translation: Da Jung is a carbon copy of her mother.
In a reversal of roles, Goong Young now takes advice from Jae Woo and tries to get Song Jung to see him beyond a friend…Hmmm…Goong Young’s got an uphill battle on his hands, but I have every faith that our experienced “romance expert” will be able to accurately convey his sincerely feelings to his lady. 🙂
Let the fun commence!
