High Kick 3: Counterattack of the Short Legs Postcard Translation :)

For those of you who were interested in what Kye Sang actually wrote on his postcard to Ji Won, wait no longer. Jules has kindly sent me a high-resolution picture of the postcard for me to see since my video’s resolutions are quite low. Thank you, Jules! This is what I call devotion to a show! 😉

Below is the translation of the postcard:

Ji Won, how are you?

It’s been 2 months, and I’m just now writing to you ^^

I’ve been a bit busy..

Me, I’m dealing with a disaster crisis ^^

Daily, I see about 50 patients?

Eat. See Patients. Eat. See Patients.

And sleep. This is the totality of my life. LOL (He uses a Korean character to express laughter)

Is the camera the same one that your father gave you?

With it I hope you take many pictures.

Always stay healthy Bye

A big thank you to Jane who helped me reexamine the postcard message/handwriting…It took two of us, but we figured out the exact message. Woohoo~Jules, I hope you enjoy the translation! 🙂

  1. ohhhhhhhhh i was wondering what it said! thanks!

“Can you believe that your father has left Korea?”
    that’s so confusing…

    1. At least that is what it seemed to me…could be wrong since I doubt Kye Sang is referring to himself as a father figure.

    2. Elizabeth! I just figured out that weird line and made the adjustments in the post…it’s about the camera he gave her. 🙂

  2. Eek, I’ve only just seen this – thank you so much Twinkie (and Jane) for translating the postcard! I now feel completely satisfied with the ending. 🙂

(and pfft, ‘devotion’ and ‘obsession’… they’re almost synonymous, right? ;))
