Bulletin

Happy Sunday, Twinkles! 😉

As some of you have already mentioned to me, there are just too many K-dramas out there right now that are piquing our interests that it’s been difficult trying to make time for all of them. Ack~! I feel as though my attention is being split in I don’t know how many directions. 😛

My solution? Watch what I can via YouTube video clips…and in non-chronological order. 🙂 *anticipates gasps of shock and dismay* I know…I have odd viewing habits, especially when I’m pressed for time. 😉

In any case, shall we take a look at a few more dramas that are about to join the ever-growing melee of must-see K-dramas–old and new–that are fighting for our time? 🙂

1. Yoo Ah In headlines an all-star cast (Kim Myung MinShin Se Kyung, etc.) in the upcoming series Six Flying Dragons that promises to be a compelling historical saga for our viewing pleasure. 🙂 However, at an anticipated 50 episodes, I honestly don’t know how likely it will be that I tune in…even with the pull of Kim Myung Min’s usually stellar acting. Only time will tell, I guess. 🙂 The show is set to begin its broadcast on October 5, 2015, on SBS and will also air via DramaFever here.

2. I hope you’re all excited about this next bit of news. I certainly am, and much of it has to do with my recent discovery of Sung Hoon, whom I first saw on a recent episode of Cool Kiz on the Block as the “Ace” swimmer. Casting him as the lead male role, Naver tvcast launched on August 23, 2015, its newest web drama, Noble, My Love, that airs from Sunday to Thursday (August 23, 2015 – September 16, 2015) for about 15 minutes/day. I’ve only be able to watch the first episode–the studio is keeping the series under incredibly tight security–but I liked what I saw, and at only about 15 minutes/episode, the first installment of the 20-episode series hit all the right notes…despite the “hackneyed” K-drama love story that we’ve all come to recognize from any distance and yet still love. 🙂 So…if you love watching beautiful eye candies and cute scenes, this may be just the series for you. 🙂 Thankfully, starting September 24, 2015, DramaFever is planning on airing the episodes on its website here.

3. In just a few days, the much-anticipated debut of She Was Pretty is set to hit the online networks. I hope you’re excited! The teasers are promising a festival of hilarity and warmth! Below is a recent trailer…just in case you missed this one. 😉

You can catch English-subtitled videos here starting September 30, 2015.

4. In case you were wondering what happened to this week’s “Wednesday What?!” post, I missed my window of opportunity to blog for it. Fear not, though, Twinkles! I shall be back this Wednesday with another challenge for us!

Below are our weekly doses of our eye candies. 🙂
