  1. Hi! Just wanted to let you know that my “Movie Monday” post is going to be posted later tonight. I pretty much fell asleep last night after posting the April Giveaway Winner announcement and didn’t wake up until morning…thank goodness I have afternoon classes this term. 🙂

  2. Omg I’m so glad to read your message uz I almost had an episode.
When I say episode I mean like crying, screaming, wanting to beat someone up cuz there is no Movie Mondays ( YAY for everyone else, I can put my craziness away, no one will ever know).

I’m glad that you had an awesome weekend and was able to catch up on the rest.

Just please people, no more false alarms or postponements ( thanks Kelections) I don’t think I can handle it all happenings back to back like that in one week, sheesh give a girl a break please and thank you Kdrama gods.

    Anywho
Excited for whatever movie is recommended cuz you never disappoint ^.^

    1. Aww…I think that’s the sweetest thing I’ve heard all day. 🙂 I hope the “Movie Monday” selection gets to you in time for your weekly viewing. 🙂 It’s posted now…enjoy! Hopefully, you haven’t seen it yet.

  3. My internet hates me. We’re in a battle and I lost throughout the weekend up to now. We shall see how far it’ll let me go today.

  4. Just watched Man of Equator episodes 5 and 6. If you are not watching and like a good revenge drama with two great actors (Uhm Tae Woong-UhmForce) and Lee Jun Hyuk (from City Hunter and I am Legend), you will definitely like this! Those episodes catapulted Equator to the top of my watch list!! 😀

  5. Hey twinkles, I’m applying for the my first job (I’m 16) and I was wondering if you have tips for interviews and such 🙂

Also, in my painting class, we’re making a painting with a quote and i wanted to use a meaningful one from kdramas. So please tell me your favorite quotes from your kdramas! Im having a hard time findindg one i like 🙁

    Thank you!!

    1. Firm handshake at the beginning and at the End of the interview, make eye contact that all times, and be confidant in what you can bring to the job/company. Even though you may feel like you are bragging, let your interviewer know your good qualities that can help you with the job.

As for kdrama quotes, I was actually thinking yesterday that a little weekly quote/quiz might be fun to do as a weekly post/corner and was planning on looking for a quote for Friday’s post. 🙂 What’s your favorite drama? Perhaps you can pick a quote from that one.

      Good luck on the interview!

    2. Good luck, Wol! Confidence is key a lot of times (as ST stated as well). Just go in and be confident! FIGHTING!

A favorite quote? I have mine on my bookface page ^.~ It’s from Shining Inheritance and something the grandmother said to her grandson: A child once took out his parent’s heart to sell and as he was running he fell and dropped the heart. And the heart that was rolled in dirt said, “My child, are you okay?” That’s the heart of a parent.
For me, this reminds me so much of my sister (in both good and bad ways). I guess you could say she “took the heart to sell it” (took everything for granted) but she was still cared about and for so much that she became a better person after realizing the error of her ways. She has come to be a wonderful mother after a lot of hardships. Just a personal little story from me.

  6. Heh…I like the idea of using this bulletin post as a posting status. 🙂

Anyhow, Wednesdays are typically long days at work for me, so I’ll try to recap K2H Ep. 7 very late tonight…unless the episode’s been preempted by election coverage in Korea.

As for Standby Ep. 1 and 2…I’ve watched them…great company with my morning coffee. LOL. Anyhow, episode 1 was a bit bland, but episode 2 is quickly developing the plot nicely. I will try to have those recaps up for you guys within the next day or two.

    Happy Wednesday!

  7. Okay, I have to share because I am just too excited and no one around me cares *sad face*.

I know I’m late on this but I’ve gotten into a drama called “Secret Agent Miss Oh” aka “Call of the Country”. Omg, this show is hilarious. It came out in 2010 and I have no idea how I skipped it but I’m almost glad I did, in a weird way. It’s given me something to watch right now that I haven’t seen (which is rare) and to enjoy while waiting on current shows. So, to my fellow twinkles <3, if you're lookin for something funny and a bit different, try it out =)

  8. I’ve come the to realization why I like Man of Equator so much. Its so reminiscent of Alfred Hitchcock movies, right down to the music and how at dramatic moments, the tempo increases where the chills just run down your body during a scene! It came apparent to me as I watched Episode 7 and I tried to think of one drama in my short history of drama watching that comes close; there isn’t one! I so loved Hitchcock. I went to an outdoor theater to watch a summer series of some of his more known thrillers and watching MOE is just like sitting in that open air theaters; laughing and screaming at the screen! Ok, I’ve ranted enough, back to watching it again. This is my new drama crack 😀

    1. LOL. Hitchcock is too suspenseful for me. I would probably be jumping out of my skin every minute. Enjoy MOE, though! I hear it’s a good one.

      1. It is. Knowing about Hitchcock shows my age 😀 But thanks to other bloggers, they turned me onto Resurrection with Uhm Tae Woong and lo and behold, I find it on YouTube in HD, full episodes! So that’s how I am spending my YouTube Sunday! Happy, Happy; Joy, Joy!
